BUSINESS MANAGER $65KK
The Business Manager plays a pivotal role in supporting the division’s continued growth. In this role, the Business Manager is responsible for generating revenue by identifying new opportunities, participating in the development and execution of strategic plans to sell new programs and existing services, and driving opportunities through the sales cycle and closure. Ability to generate a high level of new business activity in a fast paced environment. Meet or exceed sales quota objectives on a monthly/annual basis in assigned territory. Good organizational and problem solving skills. Aggressively prospect for new client opportunities. Be proactive in managing current pipeline by reviewing open leads and engaging internal resources. Ability to develop strong relations with customers at decision-making levels; work productively in team assignments, define and execute sales strategies and communicate. Ability to handle complex sales, negotiations and develop solutions to customer requirements clearly and concisely through professional presentations as required.
Desired Qualities
  • BA or BS in Business, Marketing or related field or equivalent experience
  • 5 years of relevant experience including advertising, outside, or media sales
  • In-depth knowledge of and involvement in marketing and strategic business development
  • Must possess strong understanding of strategic target account selling. Successful development, implementation, managing a pipeline, account management and customer retention


Job Description
CONSUMER LOAN MANAGER $82K
Plans, organizes, directs and controls credit union lending services including, consumer lending, loan call center, and indirect auto lending functions. Ensures that lending operations are in accordance with established policies, procedures, and legal requirements. Ensures that lending activities result in maximum volume, appropriate profit, and a minimal delinquency ratio. Analyzes and evaluates the effectiveness of lending services. Develops recommendations regarding loan policies and guidelines for review by Senior Management. Supervises and appraises the activities of subordinate managers and ensures that all lending services are professionally delivered and members are well served. Manage consumer loans from beginning to end (full-cycle). Responsible for directing and controlling credit union lending services, consumer lending and indirect auto lending. Must have knowledge and experience with lending operations in accordance with established policies, procedures and legal requirements.
Desired Qualities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration
  • A well-rounded knowledge of Credit Union loan operations and transactions
  • 5 years experience in a responsible lending position in a related financial institution
  • Prior management experience


Job Description
LENDING MANAGER $62K
Responsible for managing a section or department engaged in making lending decisions on a wide range of products. Functions include: ensuring groups underwriting and customer service levels are met; monitoring credit quality; approving loans within established loan approval limits; ensuring compliance with all appropriate policies and regulations; working with business unit managers to understand servicing needs and make or recommend adjustments to provide improved turnaround times and customer service.
Desired Qualities
  • 4 years experience managing in a mortgage production office
  • 5 years experience in Underwriting home mortgage loans
  • Conventional and Government (FHA/VA) experience
  • Ability to lead, train and motivate small team ( approximately 8-10 associates)
  • Must have DE/CHUMS ID
  • VA/LAPP
